Shipping and Returns

We ship DBA fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.

 

Shipping

All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day, depending on the time we receive the order. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day. All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.

 

Returns

Unused and unwanted items

If you’ve ordered something by mistake, or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will inspect it and issue you a refund, less our shipping costs. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take anything up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
